Our office staff includes attorney Darwin L. Vandevender and paralegal Laura Wollet. Mr. Vandevender's service to clients has included representation in 23 counties across lower Michigan in a variety of legal matters. Generally, the fee assessed for legal representation will be based on the time incurred on such matter. However, contingent, flat fee, and reduced hourly rates may be applicable depending on the circumstances of the representation. Payment plans are available. Mr. Vandevender and Mrs. Wollet are both dedicated to providing the highest level of service to all clients while striving to accommodate the needs and philosophies of each individual client.
